Holistic foot -21 Sept

Do you often feel this tension in your body, legs, buttocks, back or neck and even in your head? Holistic foot training is a targeted exercise programme that aims to strengthen the muscles, flexibility and stability of our feet throughout the body. An exercise system that builds the foot to its original and biomechanical movement, which leads to more flexibility, triggers and relieves the reflex zones and tension points and promotes strengthening for optimal posture throughout the body.

As the feet form the basis for the entire body posture, a well-trained foot complex will help to prevent misalignments, pain and postural damage to the whole body.

Did you know that our feet influence our emotions?

A strained or misaligned foot can not only cause physical problems such as pain and poor posture, but can also affect our emotions. Misalignments can affect the body's balance and stability, which can lead to increased stress levels. Chronic tension in the feet can also reduce general well-being, which in turn can lead to irritability and lower emotional resilience. A healthy, well-aligned foot, on the other hand, promotes a relaxed posture and contributes to a balanced emotional state.
Influences in the flexibility and strength of our entire posture in everyday life such as:

The foot is a highly complex structure whose natural movement mechanics play a key role in overall posture. Relaxed and optimally trained foot muscles promote correct movement and ensure harmonious interaction between the various ankles. In natural mechanics, the foot is guided through a rolling movement with every step, which ensures stability, flexibility and shock absorption. Well-developed muscles support these movements, prevent misalignments and ensure that the body's weight is evenly distributed.

Learn a system of sequential exercises to raise the foot to a strong level. A system of exercises that builds the foot to its original and biomechanical movement, which leads to more flexibility, triggers and relieves the reflex zones and tension points and promotes strengthening for optimal posture throughout the body. The training improves circulation and promotes balance of the body structure, it includes exercises to mobilise all ankles, trigger points, stretching and strengthening of the entire foot musculature.
